DAVID W. HENSLEY AIA, LEED AP BD+C
During his 25 years of architectural design experience, David Hensley has had the opportunity to work on transit-oriented design, urban infill housing, mixed-use communities and university campuses across the country. As LEED AP, David is focused on integrating sustainable design and green building into all the firm's projects. David has been recognized with more than a dozen design awards from organizations including the National Association of Home Builders and the American Institute of Architects.
David received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
ROBERT W. LAMKIN AIA, NCARB
Robert Lamkin (Bob) has more than 25 years of experience leading architecture and engineering project teams. His experience includes a wide range of residential and commercial project types. Bob leads the firm's practice in the areas of proposals, contracts, finance and administration. He assists in planning, design development, consultant coordination and quality control.
Bob received his undergraduate and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Michigan.
BRUCE W. RACHEL AIA, NCARB
Bruce Rachel has more than 25 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction administration. He has especially distinguished himself in the areas of building envelope science, construction detailing and multifamily building code issues. His project experience also includes a wide range of residential and commercial project types. Bruce leads the firm's practice in the areas of production, quality control and construction administration. He assists in the areas of planning, consultant coordination and firm administration.
Bruce received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Dallas AIA Codes & Standards Committee.
