An integrated holistic design based on hospitality concepts, there are very few spaces in this design that are for non-resident use. The lobby plays a crucial role in how residents pass through the building to walk to local restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Designed for a young demographic, this project incorporates technology-driven, bright, modern, flexible, multi-use spaces.
