This project is located in a family-oriented neighborhood in Spring, Texas, which has a very attractive school district. The community includes small buildings with tuck-under garages, designed with a traditional palate of warm paint colors, stone, and pitched roofs, all to integrate into the existing neighborhood seamlessly. There is a generous amount of community outdoor spaces for resident families to enjoy, which include a large swimming pool, grill area, sunning deck, and play area. Another popular feature of this project is the kids play room in the fitness center.
